I think HIPPA is a good amour concerning the privacy of the patients medical records. The privacy of a patients medical record is vitally important. A patients medical should always be kept in rigorous confidentiality, giving information to only the ones the patient agrees to. I would change that a patient has to pick up his medical records in person to being able to mail the records to the patients specialists or whom it may concern as far as the patients doctors, but not to the general public. I think if I did this it would change or eliminate many of the negative aspects concerning HIPAA. If you want to get a full essay, do it on our website: Orderessay
