Why I chose Ivy tech I did not want to get by Fort Wayne and attend school out of town. Ivy Tech was the only college in Fort Wayne with my major Restaurant instruction. in that respect are many reasons why I chose Restaurant Management because I love to cook, teamwork, and Anthis calling program. While I was in high school I chose to take part in a culinary arts program at Anthis Career Center. In this culinary arts program I wise to(p) all the basic techniques of working in a kitchen. on that point were four different levels of this program. The levels were fast food, bakery, cold prep and importunate prep. In these four levels I have learn how to diagnose everything from dope, salads, cookies, hamburgers, French fries, desserts, entrees and appetizers.

I also learned how to cook on a grill, use a deep fryer, make soup in a kettle, and also work a change register. I love to cook. This is how I developed a peevishness for cooking I always helped my Mom at domicile and really became a sufficient cook in that respect.
